Wes and Terri are both born and raised in Louisville. Although they didn't know it then, they are Kindergarten sweethearts. Married for 25 years they have lived in Louisville raising their two amazing children, Caden and Jordan. Boulder County is the place they call home and love the opportunity to help others call this place home as well!
Being life partners made it easy to become business partners. With over 25 years experience in managing and selling/buying properties in Boulder County and surrounding counties. Wes and Terri specialize in local areas. Their philosophy is you can be good at a lot of things, but superb in a few. Therefore, they keep their inventory localized and management numbers on a smaller scale, never compromising on services and knowledge.
