I first met Terri at Peak Property Management when the water heater in the rental unit above ours (managed by PPM) leaked and damaged the sheet rock in our unit. I was impressed with Terri's quick response and resolution of the problem. Later, when we needed assistance with putting our own unit up for rent, I immediately thought of Peak. This was the first time that we had rented the unit. Terri and Wes patiently addressed all our property management questions and concerns. Prior to advertising the unit, Wes painstakingly (not an exaggeration) documented the condition of the unit.
