Q: I’ve applied for a property; how long does it take until I know if I’m approved?

A. If we are processing your application, it typically takes 3-5 business days (give or take) to find out an answer. We will keep you posted on how close we are to completing the process.

Q: Are pets permitted?

A: Every property has its own pet policy dependent on the criteria set by the owner of the property, governing HOA and/or City and county ordinances. Please verify the pet policy for the specific property prior to applying. You can do so by reviewing the marketing ad.

Q: What do I do when there is a maintenance issue?

A: You will reach out to us! We will be your sole contact for maintenance issues. Any hired vendors will contact you directly to address the issue.

Q: Can I pay my rent online?

A: Yes, we have an online portal available to tenants to set up rent payments. Even if the payment is submitted early, we won’t process rents until the first of the month. Please contact us directly for registration instructions.
